Composition of drapkin's reagent:-

a . K3fe(CN)6 =400mg 

B.  KCN    =100mg 

C. Potassium die hydrogen phosphate = 280 mg 

Composition of WBC diluting fluid :- 

Glacial acetic acid = 2 ml 

Aqueous gentian violet =1 ml 

Distilled water = 97ml 

* Rbc diluting fluid ( Haym's diluting fluid )

Sodium chloride =0.5 gm 

Sodium sulphate = 2.5 gm 

Mercuric chloride = 0.25 

Distill water = 100ml 

* staining solution ( brilliant cresyal blue ) 

Brilliant cresyl blue = 1.0 gm 

Sodium citrate =0.4gm 

Sodium chloride solution (0.85%)=100ml 

*  eosinophil  diluting fluid ( dungers fluid  )

Eosin 1% = 5ml 

Aciton =5ml 

Distilled water = 100ml
